At Shannagh Bay, they do their utmost to ensure that their residents experience a quality of life that is as close as possible to the secure and homely environment that they are accustomed to in their own homes and those of their families.

They strive to maintain the highest standards of nursing care and develop individualised care plans tailored to meet each resident's physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural and social needs which is delivered with compassion, courtesy and understanding, whilst maintaining independence, privacy and dignity.

The bright four-storey facade of Shannagh Bay Nursing Home stands like a hotel on Bray's beautiful piece of coastline.

Shannagh Bay Nursing Home endeavour to give their residents as much choice as is reasonable possible.
This includes what they wish to eat during meal times to the time they wish to eat at.

In conjunction with this, referrals are made to the dietician to ensure more vulnerable residents receive adequate nutritional requirements.
Their emphasis is on fresh, home cooked food, thus ensuring nutritional and appetizing meals for all their residents.

Leadership comes in many guises. True leadership must have at its core an integrity and a heart.
We expect our Irish Health System, acting as a leader, guide and mentor,
to look to it's people with an outstretched hand.

It should assist and support in every way possible and together we will achieve those very high goals we all deserve

We must always strive for a better health and overall care for everyone.
We must continually challenge our standards of safety and the quality of our health services
