St. Joseph's Community Care Unit is located in Trim offering continuing care to residents.
The centre is located in Trim; the unit has two safe enclosed gardens as well as dining and recreational facilities. The care delivered is evidence based. All care is person centred, the unit strives to promote well being and enhance quality of life.

We involve residents and their families in decision making through a partnership approach.

We also offer respite, day care and hospital palliative care as well as specialised dementia care.
